Project Overview

The brief: modernise the National Consumer Commission website to improve transparency, usability and trust. We rebuilt information architecture, streamlined complaint pathways and introduced a clean visual system prioritising readability and accessibility.

The build included responsive UX, WCAG-aligned contrast and type scales, CMS hardening and security best practices. A modular component library enables faster updates, while clear microcopy helps citizens navigate processes with confidence.
